The practice

Dube and Partners was founded in 2009 to do commercial and property work for businesses that were tired of being passed between a lawyer and a conveyancer who never spoke to each other.

We act on transfers, agreements of sale and cession, company formation and restructuring, commercial contracts, and the disputes that come out of all three. Where a matter is better settled than litigated we say so, and two of our partners sit as arbitrators.

Our fees are published on each practitioner's page. We do not quote after the fact.
