The practice
Gwanda reviews the volume a litigation file generates once disclosure starts: emails, contracts and financial records, sorted and coded against the issues counsel actually needs proved.
We run e-discovery on a matter's own document set, first pass contract review ahead of a transaction, and due diligence document review under instruction from a practitioner. Work is billed by the document set, not by the hour, because that is the question a client actually has.
We work under instruction and privilege stays with the instructing practitioner throughout.
