The practice
Hunyani advises companies and their lawyers on tax. We handle objections and appeals against assessments, transfer pricing documentation, VAT and PAYE reviews, and the tax side of a sale of business or a restructuring.
Most of our work arrives through a practitioner who has a commercial matter with a tax question inside it. We are comfortable sitting behind counsel and we are comfortable leading, and we will tell you which one a matter needs.
