Zambezi funds the cost of pursuing a strong commercial claim in exchange for a share of what it recovers, and nothing if it does not succeed.

We assess merits, quantum and the defendant's ability to pay before committing, fund disbursements and counsel's fees as the matter runs, and take no part in how the claim is argued. The practitioner on record stays in control of the matter throughout.
